Gary Mills has created a seriously tasty wine here, one that is built for sharing with friends while enjoying the gorgeous sunshine. The 2017 Candyflip is a delicious, frothy sparkling wine ideal for spring and summer refreshment. Each parcel is barrel fermented individually, blended to tank and bottled at 10gm RS, refermenting in the bottle as a pét-nat. Gary is a big advocate of the inclusion of whole bunch ferments, and is considered to be ahead of the curve in creating wines with minimal intervention which naturally convey the characteristics of their respective vineyards.
