Refund & Return Policy

 

While we aim to please with every single item that leaves our warehouse, we understand that returns are sometimes necessary. As such, we’ve made our returns process as simple and straightforward as possible. Please contact our friendly team immediately if:

  • You’ve had a change of heart and want to request a return of your items.
  • Your product was dinged, broken, or in any way damaged during transit.
  • You’re in any way dissatisfied with anything you’ve purchased from us.

We’ll send over returns instructions as quickly as we can to the email address you registered with, and in order for things to proceed smoothly, we must ask that you comply with all the instructions you receive. All returns will have to go through our customer service team, and we must ask that you don’t try to return or post items back to us before you’ve received and read the steps we’ll send to you. If you do, there’s going to be a risk that your returned item won’t be easily identified, and we may not be able to accept or process your return.

Refunds will be debited onto the payment method used to make the purchase. We will seek to process your refund as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 3 business days for your refund to be processed.
